1. Booking Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
A. Tour Packages

Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date.

50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the departure date.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the tour, or in case of a no-show.
B. Flights, Hotels, and Third-Party Bookings

Refunds for flights, accommodations, or third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

We will assist in submitting cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee refunds for non-refundable fares or policies.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once booked:

Visa processing fees

Travel insurance

Government taxes or surcharges

Special offers, last-minute deals, or discounted services

Services marked “non-refundable” at the time of booking
3. Modifications and Rescheduling

Date changes are allowed subject to availability and may incur fees.

In such cases, we will work with suppliers to offer travel credits or rebooking options where possible.
